I took part in my first ever full triathlon earlier today. It was a TRY-athlon consisting of: 250m swim, 10km cycle and 5km run. I was very happy with my performance and even more happy when it turned out I finished 1st overall! I couldn’t believe it. Hopefully now I’ll move onto do some longer…
