Saturday’s wedding seen me in Ballina, starting with the ceremony in the Cathedral which is a fabulous church to shoot in. We went for some relaxed portraits after, in nearby Belleek Woods, before heading for the reception in the Downhill Hotel. All locations were within 5 minutes of each other, which is always great as you tend to get a lot of time to spend with family & friends at the drinks reception, which lends itself to getting great candid images!
Waking up that morning, I had resigned myself to spending most of the day inside doing the pictures, but what a day it turned out to be! As the day went on, the weather got better and better! And as I left the party with the sun setting, the dance floor was really filling up as the Conquerors played away!
