Here’s a couple of engagement shoots which I shot yesterday. The first couple aren’t getting married until July 2011, so they’re well ahead of time with their e-shoot! But why not when there’s a bit of decent weather. These guys were pretty easy to shoot, and as the bride-to-be is the sister of a bride I shot back in 2008, I know it’ll be a great wedding next year!
For this e-shoot, I ventured to nearby Glencar waterfall, which was where the proposal took place. I always think it’s great when couples ask to do their e-shoot in a place that means something to them. The last time I was at the waterfall, it was barely a trickle…this time however with all the rain we’ve been having, it was really flowing…actually too strong to get right up to it, or my lenses would just have been covered in spray! These guys will be getting married in December, and it should be a really relaxed wedding by the sounds of it!
It’s always good that couples understand that in winter, it gets dark earlier too, so bare that in mind with the timings of the day.
