For Saturday’s wedding, I started at the always lovely Ballintubber Abbey. I love shooting inside this fabulous church, even if it tends to be quite dark at the alter. This was a really relaxed wedding, with no nerves from anybody, and everybody just enjoying the day fully. We mightn’t have had the heat of Friday, but the rain held off, and the light was perfect for some great portraits around the abbey after the ceremony.
After the short drive from Ballintubber, we arrived in great time at Knockranny House Hotel, where Sandra & Graham got to catch-up with family & friends proper. This was my first time shooting around Knockranny House and it’s lovely inside and had it been wet outside, there’s certainly loads of cool spots for photos…but none needed this time! Actually as I was leaving there was a fab sunset just beside Croagh Patrick!
