Nici & Paulie had their super relaxed wedding last Thursday, and thankfully for everybody at the wedding and plenty of guests travelled from afar, the Child of Prague statues (all four of them) done their job, and it was a real summers day…one of the few we’ve had all year!
The wedding day started again near my childhood home where Nici lived around ‘the other side’ of the estate…back when we were kids it was always ‘our side’ and ‘the other side’!! And with everybody ready in good time, a few photos were taken before I headed for Cliffoney and my first time shooting a ceremony in the lovely village on the edge of County Sligo. And being so close to the rugged coastline of Mullaghmore, we got all the bridal party photographs on the edge of the cliff with Classibawn castle in the background.
It was back to Sligo then and the Clarion Hotel for the reception in the sunshine. After a few family photographs in the shade of the trees, the meal, speeches then dancing started with the very excellent Smash Hits 90’s band kicking things off!
