Last Saturday’s wedding was a superb day with Barbara & Oliver getting married in Keadue and having their reception five minutes down the road in Kilronan Castle. With both Barbara & Oliver getting ready in the castle I was able to capture both groups getting ready in the morning, but also having the ceremony & reception venues so close together, meant loads of time for mingling with guests and enjoying the sunshine out the back of the castle. Everybody was enjoying the sun & trad music & having a blast…which is exactly what a wedding is meant to be!
A few photographs of the bridal party at nearby Lake Meelagh, then a couple more of the bride & groom around the castle, was followed by some super quick girl & boy group shots…again when everybody is gathered outside, it’s easy to get the groups together! With Barbara keeping everything on running on time, the Cosmonauts kicked off the dancing at around 9pm, and filled the floor immediately! This was definitely going to be a dancing wedding!
