Wedding Photography Approach
My style is a mix between documenting your day and doing some relaxed portraits. The most important fact is I love to take pictures when the people I’m shooting are relaxed…we get better photos then.
My aim is to produce a story of the day, let you relive the wedding day through my images. And to do this I tend to keep a low-key approach during the day and shoot by myself…it’s hard enough being in front of one camera let alone two!!
I do of course shoot the family groups as they are really important, and when working with the bridal party & bride & groom, I try and give as little direction as possible – the poses should come naturally along with the emotions.
For me, the wedding day is the best chapter of a couples life story, and for you to have me document that day would be a real honour. I love not only capturing the fab moments during the day, but also helping to create some great moments that result in breath-taking images. When the cake gets eaten, the dress put away in a box and everybody goes home, I want you to remember the best day of your lives through my images…the details, the people and especially the moments.
Albums

All albums are custom designed by myself with input from the wedding couple and clients can choose from many different album sizes and styles. All the albums are gorgeous, elegant, contemporary and are designed for displaying not hiding in the bedroom closet!
A whole lot of care and time goes into designing each couple’s album, so it stands the test of time. None of the albums I use have gold or frosted edges and they certainly don’t have tissue paper between the pages!
The albums I use are sourced from the US & Australia, which are undoubtedly the market leaders in wedding album manufacturing.

Travel

Most of my weddings are in the west/north west of Ireland, but I also do a number of weddings nationwide and there is generally no extra fee for this.
Booking

Booking is easy! If you like what you see on the website, fill in the contact form above, send me an email or give me a call and we’ll set up a meeting for a chat, face-to-face is always great, but if you’re further afield Skype works!
A booking fee of €300 is payable at the time of booking. This then guarantees your date. I cannot provisionally hold any dates.
For weddings I try to meet all clients before booking for a chat about the day. It’s so important to make sure you get on with your wedding photographer and this meeting gets things started!
For a portrait session, please email or call to organise the session. These will usually take place weekdays, or Sundays if available.
