Aine & Gareth, Wedding, Culfadda to Radisson Blu, Sligo

After what seems like an eternity, it looks like we’re back to some kind of new normal (yeah I hate that phrase too but it fits!)…weddings are getting planned and going ahead now! Ireland has a plan with guest numbers increasing from 25 to 50 t0 100 by end of summer! I honestly never thought we’d see 100 at a wedding in 2021, so we’ll wait and hold our collective breath, but all looks good at the moment!

And to kick off the summer, and I guess, wedding season 2021, Aine & Gareth! Naturally, after a couple of postponements, these guys went ahead and got married, on a beautiful June day in the Sligo countryside! I’ve said it before, give me a boreen anywhere and I’ll be happy…well the church had a beautiful boreen next to it, so we got some great relaxed portraits around there before capturing a few more in Rosses Point before heading to the Radisson.

This was my first time in the Radisson since 2019, and it felt strange!! I’d been to a couple of hotels last year, but what should feel normal, felt different! Hopefully that changes now quickly when I start getting back to weddings every week again! But for now, I’ll leave you with Aine & Gareth’s preview!
