Helena & Niall, Engagement Shoot, Ballyfarnon Co.Roscommon

A few weeks before their winter wedding in Kilronan Castle, I photographed Helena & Niall around the grounds of the castle. We picked out a few out of the way spots to take advantage of the last of the autumn leaves. As is typical of winter engagement shoots, the light was non existent at the start but broke through the clouds towards the end of the shoot, and gave us a glorious few minutes before sunset. Winter sunshine, when it appears, is the nicest light of the year, so when it shows up, take advantage!
