Congratulations Michelle & Matthew!

My 600th and final wedding last month was an absolute belter to finish up with! A beautiful relaxed couple, with great families, & a lovely bunch of friends – even if late into the evening somebody came & congratulated me for being 60 (instead of the 600th wedding)…I know I’ve been at this a while but 60!!!

Even with some snow on the ground, the weather played the game & the skies cleared as promised in the afternoon, and I got to work with some superb suppliers. It went about as well as a wedding can!

I’ve gone into the whole 600th and final wedding bit already, but something I always have done towards the end of the year is a pictures of the year, which I’ll do again in a week or so!

But for now, thanks to all my couples again throughout the years, it’s been an absolute pleasure to document all these weddings. I wouldn’t be a big going out on the town person, been there done that a long time ago, but we had our Christmas party the other night in Sligo and in every place we stopped in, there was at least one if not more couples whose weddings I photographed! It was cool to have a quick chat to some, a longer chat to others, but to just see the reach & range of people I’ve got to work with over the years. Thank You all, Mark!
