Being a wedding photographer and capturing real genuine moments is something I’ve always loved doing during a wedding day. Real moments, documentary moments…you can’t plan them, you can’t fake them…you’ve just got to put yourself into the right position & pray to the photo gods…and sometimes they deliver!

Parents on a wedding day are always super important people, and having had to deal with the passing of my own dad this summer, I look back on my own images from my own wedding day, and am super glad to have a few images of us together. Every wedding is different, all families are different, but usually within a few minutes of arriving at a brides house in the morning, I can work out if there’ll be a super important moment when the bride gets dressed, sometimes before then. It’s my job to anticipate that moment and capture it…again you can’t fake that real emotion or moment.
